Both Adobe Raw and Capture One 21 now support raw files from the new Sony a1.
Adobe Raw
For the support of the Sony a1 raw files the following minimum versions are required:
Lightroom CC: v4.2 or higher
Lightroom Classic: v10.2 or higher
Adobe Camera Raw: v13.2 or higher
Note: At time of writing these versions of Lightroom are not yet showing up as available to download. Hopefully they will be available before the day is out.

One new feature worth mentioning in Camera Raw 13.2 is Super Resolution, this doubles the linear resolution of a photo. See this blog post from Adobe for further details.
Capture One 21
The recently released Capture One 21 (14.1.0) now also supports the Sony a1. You can find their list of supported cameras in the 14.1.0 release notes, there’s also a free trial available.
Hi Tim… any idea when will ON1 Raw 2021 support Sony A1 files??
Sorry Glenn I don’t know. But looking at their list of supported cameras it’s taken them almost 5 months to add support for the Nikon Z6 and Z7 Mark II. So it could be a while yet or it could be tomorrow!
