Sony only claim that the a7IV is dust and moisture resistant, they don’t claim that it is fully waterproof and you should therefore take care if using it in wet weather.

No. The Sony a7IV does not support pixel shift. Currently only the Sony a7R III, a7R IV and Sony a1 support Pixel Shift.
