You can view the Sony Alpha A7C II (ILCE-7CM2) User Manual either Online or Download a PDF version of the manual to print out.
Personally I find it much easier to view and search the Online Version.
There’s also the Sony A7C II Startup Guide available as a PDF that covers the basics such as inserting the battery, attaching a lens and turning it on etc.

How to turn off internal mic when external mic is attached?

I recently bought Sony a7C II. The version installed was 1.01, and I tried to update it through the way according to what is shown in Sony website, but I couldn’t. my first question: What is the required update 1.02 or 2.00?
my second question: Is there any way for update other than what is in Sony website like for example load the updater exe. file on SD card and then insert it into the camera and run it or through Bluetooth or other way?

Every time I make a menu action on my new a7Cii a Ladies voice says which action I am making. How do I disable this? HELP!!
Hi David. I’m guessing that you probably have the screen reader turned on. MENU → (Setup) → [Accessibility] → [Screen Reader] → desired setting item.
