Thanks Terry. No tripod at all, always handheld. I've always been pretty steady and find tripods too restrictive and I also cant be bothered lugging one about!

That's a shame, but for sure you dont have much choice I guess. I'm approaching 59, and have just had a knee replacement, which went well. Waiting for the other knee to be done now, hopefully by the end of the year. Just having the one done means i can now get back out, hence the shots posted today.
 
Well, I still have a lot to be thankful for. I have a Leofoto LN-404 C and it’s a real beast. The most stable tripod I’ve ever had. I bought it at Leofoto USA. I have a 100mm leveling bowl for it too.
