Dear Slug...
I love the simplicity of this shot featuring a diagonal owl leaning to his right to look around something in his line of vision to see what is going on. It feels like the picture was not "overcooked" or edited at all, but rather came out of the camera ready to go. I could rave on about the wonderful rule of thirds being used, but composition wise, it's the diagonal line of the owl that does it for me. Beautiful work and you make excellence look easy. Nice timing on the shutter. Shooter41
