Not real sure where these belong but I will put them here in the hope they get put where they should be.
Really all I done was remove my hand and the needle that popped the balloons.
And then left them as is.

Pretty cool. I like the first orange balloon most.
I didn't realize how fast the balloon moves when you pop it! It looks like you could go faster with the shutter speed to freeze the moment, but then you might need a spotlight to keep the ISO low. Fun experiment, I'll remember to try this when I find myself with a few extra balloons.
 
Nice. I agree a faster shutter would be better for freezing the droplets, somewhere around 1/2500th would be enough. That shouldn't compromise ISO too much.

I honestly am not too worried about the droplets. For me it's about the balloon popping and just where you hit the button.
In this case for the 1st time I set it to continuous made and I am not sure why it had taken so long to do that but that how it was..
You never get a busting balloon the same in any shot doing it my way.
I stand to the side and I melted a sewing needle where the nip of the pen should be and poke at it until it happens.
While I am doing this I have got my other hand on the camera pushing down the shutter button.
I know I can get I think its called a Pluto but I want the different shots to work. I don't want them the same each time.
So I am happy with it this way. But I will try it the way mentioned and see what goes on.
As it's good clean fun while in lockdown or if you just can't get out too far.

As I mentioned I am happy enough with my results. But I will give it a go the way mentioned. To see what happens.
And the good thing is you are watering the garden while having fun. And I do enjoy doing these from time to time..
I will post them up when I get to them, but not real sure when this will happen.
 
Life is so much easier when there is no need to fill the balloon with water. The level of detail in this image is impressive, even capturing the wrinkles in the membrane.
