Birds Glossy Ibis (not In Body Image Stabilisation! :D )

A few shots of a lifer bird for me yesterday. Though not as rare in the UK as they once were, they are still few and far between, and so it was worth the fairly short drive to see this one yesterday. Perfect light to show off the stunning plumage. These are all cropped by about 50% from shooting in crop mode. A great trip out, my first for a while as I've been decorating!

Well done, Kev, great shots. Always nice to get a bird you’ve been chasing a while. I managed to get one shot of a Cetti’s Warbler on Sunday. They are incredibly fast and elusive.
