  1. Yes
Bearded Reedlings or Bearded Tits, call them either, but whichever way the males are utterly superb looking little birds. It was a real treat to see them at close range at Minsmere this week. Conditions always need to be just right for them to come out of the lower part of the reeds, and it was wind free on Tuesday, so absolutely spot on. The female is the last shot, and is the only one I managed as they were playing hard to get :D

Very nice Kev. Never been (that) lucky at Minesmere but reeds are decently close, so one day....

Nice set of images. I was there on Wednesday and it was windy and didn’t see any.

Superb set Kev , are you over at Snettisham next week for the high tides ?

Cheers Steve. Planning to be there on Saturday, weather allowing, or being decent enough. If not I might try another day.

Next Wednesday and Thursday are the high tides which should push all the waders into the pits
Yep. I am going with another chap from here on Saturday, as far as I know anyway, we have yet to confirm. It's an early 7m tide, maybe enough anyway.
