Reminds me of my home town. This is down the road from me.
This was amongst my first serious sort of shots, back in the old days a year ago, once I realised I needed a tripod and ND filters etc. This image was my pride and joy for a fortnight or so..!

Yesterday I started to post, without planning it, a series of shots at dawn at my home town, Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife.
Actually this image that follows was shot the day before, at the old fisher's harbor. This sculpture is a tribute to the fisher's wives that in the past used to put the catches of their husbands in a basket above their heads, and walked up the pathways to the valley announcing it out loud to sell them.
The sad fact is that for many reasons I'm waking up very early in the morning, when it's still dark. So I figure out something to do: A tasty arabica expresso and some shots at the town.
I hope to post one of these every morning that follows...
