Aviation California Capital Airshow 2022

This year my Wife and I attended the California Capital Airshow, as opposed to sitting outside the fence and expecting to get some decent shots. I did get a few last year but wanted more. This year is the 75th Anniversary of the US Air Force and that was the theme of this show. Lovely shots Kev. I do enjoy a good airshow, it has been a few years since I've been to one though. Hopefully next year our eldest will be old enough to enjoy one

Nice shots Jeff. Especially the F22 shots! Is the first one in the series an F-15?

I recently learned from a non-flying friend that you can tell the F-15 because the vertical fins are in fact, vertical, as opposed to a V arrangement.

I do wish we still had the air show in my town but I think money got in the way.
But I don't think we got anything like these here so it was good to see these shots.

Interesting you mentioned money. I have been to a number of Airshows ( I was a Professional Pilot) and except for the Reno Air Races never paid for one. This one cost (For me and my Wife) $185.00 US. OUCH!
