I'd like to hear ethical opinions about this photograph I posted. I also posted this on a local photographical groups facebook page that I'm a member of and a woman posted the comment, 'It's creepy! Especially taking pictures of women or children.' I posted a reply stating that the subject is exercising in a public space and so I have every right to take a photograph of her and post the image. It's not an offensive image, the person is not in a compromising position, etc. I don't see an ethical issue here. The woman's complaint has not had any support while my image and response has been 'liked'. If it's considered creepy taking pictures of women and children in public spaces, that is effectively the end of street photography, and a lot more besides. Any thoughts?City workout

I think it's as Tim suggests, some people just go out of their way to find things to be offended by.Also, I photograph men, birds, beetles, seaweed, surfing, pets and entertainers. Cuff me.
