Munchin' Moose

While out hiking in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, my better half and I happened upon a cow moose that was happily munching away! Even after we stopped to take a couple of photos, she seemed cautious, but just kept eating. At first, I was worried, but after a bit of calming chatting with her, she happily kept eating! We left her as we found her, munching away!

I can only dream of spotting that in the wild. We do seem somewhat sterile in the UK, there must be something indigenous that's worthy of a photo?
