A close up on my current favorite orchid in the house. Available light from window on right, camera was on a tripod, and I tried not to go overboard on the editing.
I tried to add a bit of drama by misting the flower, but I think next time larger water drops would work better...
At f11, I didn't think I needed focus stacking, so these were single shots. However, I look forward to trying that technique on some more exotic plants when I'm at my mum's house over Christmas.
- Sony E 30mm f/3.5 Macro
- 30.0 mm
- ƒ/11
- 1/40 sec
- ISO 100
