Another of my favourite London restaurants, SABOR (1 Michelin Star), located on Heddon St Mayfair, is a bar, tapas bar and restaurant, with cuisine ranging from Andalucían Tapas bar delights through to the asadors of Castile and the seafood restaurants of Galicia. It's another of those restaurants that you can't book (at least not for the Tapas counter), so you need to queue up early to get a lunch spot. Next time I have to remember to remove my 2.0xTC!
