Hi everyone on my way home after what can only be described as my best photography trip to date.
Starting with meeting Mali Davies Photography for a workshop and boy did we have some truly wonderful conditions, after that I set off to return to the Langdales to hike up the Pike of Blisco as I had to abandon my last attempt due to weather, on this occasion I was treated to snow covered mountains and light , another amazing display from nature.
To cap it all last night whilst parked up I saw the sky full of stars so I was taking images of them when I saw a strange light looking up towards the trees in front of Blea Tarn I couldn't believe my eyes seeing my first ever sight of the aurora...two minutes later it clouded over
