Birds My word, I actually got the camera out!

As some of you know, I have been laid up after knee surgery and can't drive, but, over the last 2 days have been out walking (actually walked 4 miles in 2 days, which, 2 weeks on from surgery, is remarkable). It's also the furthest I've been able to walk in months. Anyway, here are some shots from the last 2 days. The Butterfly and 3 Linnet shots are from the beach yesterday. The Great Tits are from my garden this morning, when 4 young flew the nest early on. Great to see.

Glad you're on the mend Kev. Nearly six years ago I had to spend three months off my feet, I still remember the sheer joy of being able to resume walking around, especially with the camera. Hopefully you'll get many more enjoyable miles from your newly refurbished knees.
