Superb pictures. A great pleasure to see.

We went to Red Deer Alberta to help my son move to Morinville AB. I was able to get out fro a few hours before Wildfire smoke kept us inside as Health risks where at 10+.
Rain storms came in the early morning and I was able to get this shot.

Here's a couple of images I created at Oxbow Bend, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. They were both shot just a few minutes apart. It's amazing how quickly the light can change.

Well, I'll post one. This photo was taken on my recent vacation and for some reason, it made a hit on Flickr and it was Explored. That is a good tribute there. for reference, the most "Faves" any photo of mine ever got on Flickr was seven, this one got 182 Faves and 4,970 views. Go figure.

Well done! But where is it?

It is in the southern part of the state of Oregon in the western US. Here is my Crater Lake Album in Flickr. It is an amazing bit of Geology. In my album, there are some links that tell about this lake which used to be a volcano 7,700 years ago. It's the deepest lake in the US and the 9th deepest in the world.

Thanks for the link. Very interesting.

This is most of Red Rock Canyon NCA in NV taken from just outside of the park. Would liked to have spent more time there but it was 114F (45.5C) and after 4 hours there my water was getting close to being too warm to drink.
