Birds Great Blue Heron getting a meal

Either this snake was asleep as the heron walked over to it or it thought "oh that's a cool looking bird heading my way."
I would have gotten more of the actual eating except a person clearly following the 'your pet must be leashed laws' thought it was for all the other people that have claimer dogs.
