First time at Kolae London Borough Market and loved it. Now one of my favourite restaurants in London. It serves Thai food using a 'grilling method from Thailand’s Malay-influenced southern borderlands that comprises skewered meat, daubed in a rugged, clingy coconut milk-enriched marinade, and then methodically cooked over a live flame'.
Really difficult to capture that flame - it's explosive and very bright. Also difficult to get the bar scene without a flash - the Sony A7iv can work miracles in low light, and LrC denoise also helps.
