My wife and I decided to do an extended weekend visit to Halls Gap, a small town at the edge of the park. This first group of shots were taken within 20 minutes, and 200 metres of arriving at our cabin.

Nice shots Dave, love the bird shots, and the last one of the main drag made me home sick.

Last few shots, Reeves lookout, Fairy Wrens, a Robin, Mackenzie Falls, and a night time view towards Ararat from Boroka lookout.

Dave mate, fantastic shots, I could almost smell the bush from the first shot ❤️❤️❤️, and the falls and birds are great. The last shot is outstanding - please provide some information about how you took the shot and what post processing you did.

The night shot is 28X5 second RAW exposures which I transferred to computer, synced the colour temperature, converted to TIFF, then used Sequator to stack into one single TIFF. I then used ON1 to enhance the mid-tones, and applied a high contrast curve to the sky area. The shot was taken during a short break in cloud cover, but I had already planned for the possibility, and visited the site during daylight. So when my wife and I finished dinner, and the stars were visible, we took off for the lookout.
