Hi everyone, really nice to be part of this forum.
I have a question/problem hoping someone knows how to fix it.
In the A7IV, as you may already know, when you recording video and turn the camera vertical the clip is recorded in vertical and the editing software (FCPX in my case but the same happens in premiere pro) import the clip in vertical even if the sequence or timeline is in horizontal and its a big problem because then I have to turn the clip back to horizontal and scale it to fit the Full HD project.
as an editor you waste a lot of time and energy doing this, and I looked all the menu and I dont see how to fix it.
Does anyone knows if there is a way for the camera to avoid recording the clips in vertical when you flip the camera?
thanks everyone
sorry the long message
