Advice on flash set up for 90mm fe

I received the above a couple of days ago. Quickly realising the need for more light! Any advice on a flash set up? I will be using with either a6000 or a9. Many thanks

You can use a flash unit like a godox and make a diy diffuser. Works well for me.

I use a godox 860ii. It’s a better value than the Sony flash and that model has rechargeable batteries.
