Which is a more artistic composition?

Personally, I prefer the centered shot. Although, the bottom shot I might like better if you were along the wall more and including more of the arch. I also think the signs hanging on the left provide more, so the right side focus in the lower shot leaves out some detail that could enhance the picture.
