While on vacation this month, we pulled into a small Grocery store and I parked next to this Morgan automobile. I was hoping that since this is a car built in the UK, Someone might be able to provide me with the exact model and the year. There are a couple of additional shots in my "Just Cars" Album. It's a new photo so near the end of that Album.

Issue with Morgans is that they built models then stopped then started again with them. This could be a Roaster or 4/4 or Plus 4 build up till the 1950s but most likely one of those build after 2008.

I know next to nothing about Morgans, but the starter handle hole in the front bumper suggests some age?

I actually hate Morgans, more because of the image than much else (Pipe smoking, flat cap and tweed wearing old duffers who look down on you), but I have to admire that they have stuck to their guns and still make them out of wood!
Anyway, this is most likely a late 60's model (68 on) going by the headlight array and a few other things.

They do go like stink though Kev. Goose excrement off a hot shovel, is the phrase I recall.

Well, my guess from reading some articles with photos is that it could be a Morgan +4 from the 60's.

Interesting that this one is left hand drive.

I have always wondered if the leather strap holding the bonnet down was fitted in the factory, or was just a very popular aftermarket accessory.

Aftermarket, but most owners have one
