Sony A7R IV can't do bracket anymore

After I tried interval shooting for less than 5 minutes at home, the camera lost the ability to do cont. bracket 0.3 ev 3 images. It was working before I tried the interval shooting. Any suggestion? thanks.

You're not alone. I just upgraded to an a7R iv from an a7 iii last week. I am having a similar problem. The BRK C 2.0ev3 (and BRK S) only takes 1 shot when at low shutter speeds. It will take 3 at higher speeds, 1/100 for example. My a7 iii never did that. I too would love to see how to fix this.
