darktable 4.6.0 released

Funny thing, I went to dig into the darktable-dev Mail Archive today and the last mail was this announcement.

It's that time of year, thanks for the heads up!

During COVID they started two releases per year, probably because they were all bored sitting at home. I think they may still do that.

4.6 is quite a jump from 4.4.2.

I think Ubuntu proved the 6 month development cycle long ago. I'm glad Darktable subscribes to it.

I built the development version today and plan to start testing my RAW files against it tomorrow.
