The De Rohan Fountain on the facade of the Main Guard building in St.George Square Valletta.
The fountains are on the left and right sides of the building and are almost identical however, the head of each eagle is turned in opposite directions, and away from the side streets towards the centre portico of the building.
The lead eagles are perched on the head of bearded man made of stone. The eagles have spread wings and upturned heads, both spouting water from their mouths into a stone basin.
