Function button help please

I have C3 on my A1 assigned to switch focus modes. This is fine, but I only want it to switch between ideally 3 or if that's not possible 2 modes.

Can it be done?

The modes I want available, in order of priority are:

Spot small
Expanding spot
Tracking expand spot

In the AF menu there is the option to limit the AF areas it is the Focus Area Limit.
