Geotagging

This last weekend I thought I would experiment with Geotagging. I have an A7IV as well as an A7RV. I have the Creators App installed on my Samsung S22 Mobil phone. I worked on this for hours using both cameras and it does not work, even though I have paired both phones in the Creators App, I even deleted one of the cameras and it still would not work. Has anyone here been able to accomplish this task using a Samsung phone. Please let me know.

It's not just the Samsung. I fought this with my iPhone. The closest I got to satisfaction was an app called GeotagPhotos but is finicky and proprietory. I've gone back to my <really> old school geologger and a computer app called Houdahgeo on a Mac. Good luck.
