Getting a little closer to this little guy

I'm fortunate that my family have a small farm and this little owl showed up recently. I haven't managed to get any shots of him yet that I'm really happy with and he's super difficult to spot. He always spots me first as well and only let me fire off one shot here before he took flight.

Both shot with the a7R IV + 200-600 and cropped heavily to 2048px.
