Nothing spectacular but I was happy to be looking through a viewfinder. The last woodpecker photo was shot as he was drinking something from the hole in the tree. I found this to be odd considering the tree was located in a lake.

Yes always nice to get out. It seems a lot of us are using the FE 200-600 for wildlife. It's a great lens and the sole reason I bought a Sony. My other gear is Nikon F, but they did not have a single lens that could match the Sony 200-600 and I got tired of carrying a two camera setup for wildlife.

Very nice. I get out as much as I can, and being semi-retired helps. Never happier than when I'm out with the camera.

I really like the 200-600. I also have a Nikon set up but I never use it anymore! My bases are covered on the Sony A1 with the 200-600, 70-200GM, and 24-70gm. I will most likely buy the 600f4 but it has been a hard pill to swallow.

I keep telling my wife I need to get a 600mm lens and I know she understands this but we need the funds to get one.
But it does give me something to look forwards to.
