I'll put my bit in here too. As already said above, for what you are doing, APSC is more than enough. There are so many lenses available for Sony cameras and really, none of them are duds. You have loads of choice.I have recently bought a Sony RX100MVII compact camera which has a 20MP 1" sensor and I have done some 12" x 18" prints (one image was also heavily cropped) and they look great.
