Latecomer to the Sony ecosystem.

Was a Nikon guy for quite a number of years, then switched to Olympus for balance of quality/portability.

Giving Sony a good try. Most of my shooting is birds.

Hi Tim. Thanks for the warm reply.

So far so good. Focus - especially on the A9 is top notch, a definite improvement over my Olympus E-M1X, which is no slouch. IQ on the A9 I find similar, but the A7RIV is obviously way better.

Haven’t been able to get out and shoot a similar much as I would like to at this point.

The one thing I do miss is the easier portability of my Olympus gear. The cameras are about the same but the 200-600 is obviously much bigger.
