Hi Kev, my main reason for leaving Pentax was the AF's poor tracking capability , the A7iii is in a different league but it's taking me a while to get used to the EVF.

Yep, Pentax just have not kept up. I went to Nikon for a couple of years, because I wanted 600mm and couldn't afford any Pentax option (I had the awesome 150 450, but it wasn't enough). I have never liked EVF, but the RIV is so bright it's not like any I've had before and I love it.

EVF is surely a cameras Marmite addition but you do get used to it and dare I say after a few years when you look through your mates OVF viewfinder you will be quite disappointed at how real it looks!
