I love the Sony 90mm G f/2.8 macro. Tamron has just released their own 90mm f/2.8 Di III VXD Macro which reviews say is just as good as the much older Sony lens and a few hundred cheaper. I also have the Sony 50mm macro is ok, it is very slow focusing lens but sharp.
The Sigma 105mm macro has reviewed well but I have never seen anybody post photos with it. Then there is also the Sony 70-200mm F4 G macro lens which is both the only non f/2.8 lens but also the only zoom of the options.
You can also get some extension tubes (linky link) which can be attached to any lens as way to do macro like work. There are many options but you really shouldn't pay more than $40 for any for ones that work with AF. Really there are ones that run as much as $200 which is just silly for something that has no glass and just passes info through it.
I just bought the Tamron 90mm macro lens, so far so good, i used to have the Sony 90mm many years ago, optically they seem very close, with the Tamron ever so slightly better in the corners wide open. When I had the Sony focusing felt slow for general use, the Tamron is faster, but for me it is no longer an issue since I also own the 85mm GM II for all around work in that focal length. Sony has the advantage of being able to switch on the focus ring from manual to af. The Sony has image stabilization in the lens but again you have IS in the camera body which most times is good enough. The Tamron is like $400 cheaper except right now the Sony is on sale so there is a $300 difference, either one would be great choice
