I like the bottom one mate. More airy with a definite view of what you are actually looking at.
 
#2 for me. Its a stage of some sort, right? The wider shot gives more context.
 
It depends.

For creating a dreamy atmosphere and make the public wonder, #1.

For depicting the scenery in a more direct and unambiguous way, #2.
 
My opinion only, for option #1 I'd crop out the front of the stage and any of that brickwork so its maybe a 16:9 and the lowest part of the frame is just smooth concrete. You'd still get the tree through the window, the play of sunlight, and the hint of "oh I wonder what this space is used for" with the lights and deepening shadows along the top edge of the frame.
