Sony A7C II Moving from A7CII + 24-70 F2.8 to A6700 + 18-55 F2.8 - Am I crazy?

Hey all,

Apologies, this post could have been posted in the full frame or APSC sections, feel free to move.

I’m considering selling my full-frame set-up and going down to Sony APSC.

The reasoning is that I rather have a smaller/lighter set-up. Mostly do street and travel photography casually. I feel that my current setup is overkill for my needs.

Other than the obvious downsides to moving to APSC is there anything else I should consider? Currently looking at the pros and cons and weighing up is worth it my selling my used gear at a loss.

I know the A6700 is basically the same size as the A7CII, but I'm taking into account the APSC lens selection also and their size/weight.

I would also consider change brand if something better out there for APSC.

Have a look at micro 4/3. I have OM1 with a range of lenses. They are also good. (Still have both FF and APSC Sonys but seem to be using Olympus more).
