Need Help Choosing Between Two Tripods

Help, I have looked through Amazon and spent a couple of hours researching on tripods and decided in the end, that it would come to either of these two. Which is the better buy? They are both equal in pricing, so I am not worried.

1) INNOREL CT85C

vs

2) INNOREL GT324C

The Gitzo, never heard of either of those. Having tried various names over the years, I'm now a dedicated Gitzo fan boy.

If you intend to use it all of the time, spend the money on Gitzo or Benro. If you don't they really aren't worth the extra,
