A lunchbox covered in buttons and knobs and sockets and screw holes for attachments, yes.

I think you need a pilot's license to fly one of these things, and an aircraft mechanic to assemble all the bits to attach, like drop tanks

Not sure it's a camera - kind of like selling an F1 engine as a car...
