Not quite macro....of some fungus.

Went for a walk in the woods at my mom's house and found some fungus.

It was pretty cool looking. After I took my photos the 10 year old me wanted to kick it, but the adult in me won and I let it be...

Edible? There are so many fungi that are good to eat, and some are also your last meal so care needs to be exercised.

Actually, that first one reminds me of an edible that goes by a few names: Snow Fungus, Silver Ear, White Wood Ear.
