El Fondo was a bit low on rarities yesterday, but the light was gorgeous, so I took the time to look for some interesting (I think) crops / alternaitve views.
Common Sandpiper
Black winged stilt
Little Egret
Plenty of stonechats about....
And literally hundreds of chiffchaffs, I believe these are the Iberian variety?
Marsh harriers were plentiful, I was surprised that the Egrets were alarmed when they came over. You'd think that long stabby beak offered a good defence?
