Question on f/stop loss when using a m39 adadpter.

i have a pretty nice collection of M39 lenses that i got fro my father when he passe away. i would like to use a few of them on my a6300. What is the approx. f/stop lens when using one of the inexpensive adapters

It's only an adapter, I don't think you lose anything. There is no glass and the adapter is very shallow.
