I saw these officers out on the water, and came across them 15 minutes later at a community outreach event on the beach.

It was several degrees below freezing. I had been out marching around for three hours, so I headed back to the car. On the way I saw these folks. I think the guy with the ear muffs seems to have missed the memo about the dress code.
