Rotating Tripod Collar for Sony 70-350 Lens

I'd like to get rid of my levelling base to lower the height of my vehicle mounted tripod system.
Is there a ++rotating++ tripod collar for the Sony 70-350 that will +easily+ allow me to level it horizontally?
(Used with a A6600 and Smallrig cage at the moment)

I like the new Atoll system, but it doesn't allow you to use a camera cage which I feel is important protection for my cameras.
All of the collars don't seem to allow levelling?

Yes, but not being able to use a camera cage is annoying... I've ordered a silicone case as a cheap alternative for some bump protection.
I'm waiting on the Ulanzi and NSI option to come out and then buy one..
I do love how the likes of Smallrig and Ulanzi react to our needs much more than the 'traditional' camera fits...
