1. I hardly ever use touch on my a7iv, but that is partly because of the joystick, which you don't have.


2. There are two functions, IIRC, touch screen and touch pad. You'll need to check for your model, but it is possible that enabling only one or none may help you.


3. I have a button set to toggle touch on/off. Actually I use it in the menus more than in photography. I keep it off almost all of the time, but it is only a touch away if I want it. Probably available for the Fn display too.


Yes, I'm using different cameras, but I think that it's all much the same alpha stuff.
