There's a LR plugin for a range of cameras but not for Sony AFAIK.
But you can open a Sony ARW or JPEG and have the lock points revealedk.
Method 1
Sony AF point visualizer - a standalone program.
You need the program and EXIFTOOL.EXE in the same folder.

a7info.exe
Includes the A9.
Also shows eye AF point on some bodies.
This is easier than method 1.
