Skin cover on camera..

I have a Sony A9ii and it has the skin type of cover on it. Has any put this kind of cover on then removed it at a later date and if so does it leave a residue behind ..

I have. No residue at all, certainly not with Alphagvrd ones anyway.

I'm, trying to figure out if I like it or not. This is the first time I've seen one. I am a "Traditionalist" so I'll think about it. One thing I would wonder about, would it run cooler or hotter in warm climate?? It was done tastefully I think.

I actually don’t like it.. it was on the camera when I got it so I would like to take it off..

There is a fair amount of Drone owners that do this. I'm pretty sure it can be removed safely, but don't take my word for it.

That cover is pretty lary. I went subtle with mine and covered the lens and body in something more subtle, mainly to tone down the white on the lens which I'm not a fan of, but it's also protection from scratches.

Well the post man just surprised me with my lens cover.. I ordered one from a store in the UK which ironically is a 10 minute drive from where I used to live , cost £54 delivery included which is around $90 Canadian.
I think it looks so much better now I’ve removed the camera skin..

I love it ..
It’s actually very easy to apply it’s quite stretchy and unlike others I looked at it doesn’t have any parts that wrap around and attach using Velcro..
