I wish they'd hurry up and release a 300mm for E mount (no, I don't want to use an A mount adapter).

Hi Yorkshire wildlife park that is fairly local for me so when I got back to photography I tried to learn digital there as it is quite different to my film days

Haha, we can but dream. It wont happen because they went 400 2.8. I want them to make something like the lightweight Nikon PF lenses

I wonder if may be some of the old cannon and nikon lenses would work on sony with adaptors, as some of the canon glass is quite cheap now on the ef mount, and I am also aware of some people moving from sony to cannon rf and nikon but I do not know if the glass is better or cheaper? for sure if you need reach on e-mount I thank for sony for the excellent 200-600 but the next step in e-mount is beyond most sony users.
