I just got the December updates to Adobe Camera RAW / Photoshop, and out of curiosity I checked the support for new lenses and cameras.
ACR 17.1 supports the Sony 85mm f/1.4 GM II, but more importantly, it adds support for the A1 II.No mention of the 28-70 f/2 GM, but I think they can be excused on that one!!
I tagged the post A1 because we don't seem to have a tag for the A1 II yet ( @Tim Mayo - did I miss it?).
This is convenient, because I'm anticipating getting mine next week. Looks like Adobe is determined to support new cameras before I get them. NOT complaining about that - if I never have to play the "waiting for support" game again, I will learn to cope!!
I scrolled down the the list of the supported Sony cameras, and was somewhat bemused to notice that the A1 isn't listed - oh, I found it listed as Alpha 1 rather than A1. Also found the ACR doesn't yet support Sony Composite RAW files (AXR) - I haven't tried that feature yet, but now that I know it's not supported, I feel tempted to try it
