After quite a few leaks Sony has officially announced the FX3 Cinema Camera.

Sony has now officially announced the FX3 full-frame video camera. The FX3 marks the entry point to Sony's Cinema Line of video cameras and is positioned between the FX6 and the a7S III.

Pretty interesting how most of the leaks were accurate. Its a nice bit of kit, but I feel like its basically an A7S3 with a more video-forward body design.

Yep. It seems a few people who were sent early copies for review didn't want to respect the embargo date. I wonder if Sony takes any action here or perhaps they even encourage it with one or two people, who knows It does sound like an a7S III in a much more video focussed body.

I wish I were further along in my YouTube journey, I'm not monetized yet, so until then I have no funds or excuse for a new camera. Since I create content for 1080p uploads, an APSC camera is more than adequate. Fun to look at the new gear though!

I just watched the jerk chicken episode. Nicely done. Good quality image and sound. But now I'm hungry! Best of luck with the channel
